You are invited to join us for a training session on December 13th with Yvonne Brissett BBC WM News & Current Affairs Journalist and award-winning writer.
This all-day in depth training session is a unique opportunity to learn from a BBC journalist what makes a story and how to get it across to your audience. Yvonne will be focusing on teaching us what makes an interesting story, how to put together a pitch, and we will have lots of practical exercises.
You will also have a chance to develop a clear concise idea on the day, and pitch it, for instance as a story idea or letter for International Migrants Day.
